Deliverables

• Customer contact within 15 minutes of receiving an assignment
• Arrive on jobsite within 4 hours or when it is convenient for the customer
• Accurate scope of loss to determine which items are affected and which items, if any, are non-restorable
• Perform room by room inventory with photo documentation
• Complete inventory and invoice submitted within 72 hours
• Emergency items returned in 24-48 hours depending on severity of odor
• On-site inspection and documentation of all high-dollar textiles such as area rugs, window coverings, leather and fur items.
• Free storage for first 90 days - 2% of original invoice beginning on the 91st day
• Detailed list of any item deemed non-restorable upon completion of claim
• No charge for any item deemed non-restorable
• Customer concerns addressed quickly and fairly

Communication

• Constant and complete communication with the insured throughout the claim to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communication with the adjuster with use of transactional e-mail, as well as, by phone as needed to keep adjuster informed
• We actively seek feedback from our insured's upon the closing of each claim in the form of a survey which we will gladly forward to the adjuster
