Q: Can I come pickup clothing I need at your facility?
A: Once we have completed the cleaning of your textiles, you are welcome to come to our facility to pickup any additional items you need. If you cannot do it yourself, you can call us and we will do our best to find the items you need. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice if you want to come to our office. Otherwise, we will store your items until your home is ready.

Q: Does the process you use have any harmful chemicals?
A: Our o-zone process uses pure oxygen that has been electrified. Electrified oxygen (o-zone) reverts back to pure oxygen in about 30 minutes. Aside from o-zone, only standard drycleaning and laundry detergents are used. If you have a preference on which laundry detergent you would like us to use please let us know in advance. In addition, our drycleaning fluid is environmentally friendly.

Q: Will I be happy with the cleaning and restoration of my textiles?
A: At FRSTeam of Arizona, we process over 200 restoration jobs per year, and have over 25 years of experience. We restore approximately 98% of the garments we take in for restoration cleaning.

Q: What happens if an item does not restore to pre-loss condition?
A: Any item that does not restore to pre-loss condition will be identified and an itemized list will be provided to your insurance company and the cost of cleaning will be deducted from our final invoice.

Q: How do we charge for textile restoration?
A: Our prices are based on a national pricing standard listing called Xactimate pricing. Xactimate lists the average price for various garments in the State of Arizona. These prices are for restoration drycleaning and laundry services and are accepted by all insurance companies.

Q: Is restoration cleaning more expensive than retail drycleaning and laundry?
A: Because of the unique requirements and processes of restoration dry cleaning and laundry, Xactimate pricing will generally be slightly higher than retail drycleaning and laundry. There is a great deal of additional work and great costs are associated with proper restoration cleaning. We use specialized equipment, storage requirements and additional labor are just a few of the reasons we charge slightly more than retail.
